Shortlist announced for the 2011 Underwriting Service Awards!
Last year, over 200 underwriters packed into the Grange City hotel in London for the inaugural Underwriting Service Awards from Post, rewarding excellence and achievement in general insurance underwriting.
The finalists and eventual winners were determined empirically, explained host Ant Gould.
"Post's research arm Insurance 360 garnered and analysed the rankings and opinions of over 1300 brokers that work day in and day out with underwriters in specific lines - and those underwriters that made the shortlists" he said "should be proud as they have already proved themselves to be in the top 20% - as far as brokers are concerned - in their specific lines of business."
